Problems Upgrading to 6.4

I have currently followed the upgrade documentation at https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../debian_ubuntu but after starting the zabbix server service it still comes up as 6.2.9 still. Everything seems to be working, but as 6.2.9.

zabbix_server -V

My current server configuration is:
Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
MySQL 8.0.35
Upgrading Zabbix 6.2.9 to 6.4

Any help is appreciated!

here who knows why my zabbix-server value is still NO.
and that makes it difficult for the server to monitor the client.
please if anyone can help please reply to this message.

I am still having issues with this. After upgrading, I did zabbix_server command from the terminal to see what version was running, still 6.2.9. I also tried rebooting but still running old version. I am not sure what to do from here. Should I try re-installing the upgrade?
