Need someone to handle traps - One-shot job

I need help in setting up traps - some basic form of monitoring for the arrays:
Dell EMC4012
NetApp EF280
NetApp Series 2702
The main idea is to know when a disk dies, or other things that traps can handle - but I'm not familiar with traps at all, so I'm completely open to any suggestions.
Preferably an invoice, but we can manage other forms of payment too.
