How to configure Zabbix to Monitor F5 Client Source IP Connections

Dear Zabbix Users,

I want to know how to configure Zabbix to monitor Big-IP F5 Client Source IP address Connections
We currently are receiving these stats:
ltmVirtualServStatClientBytesIn
ltmVirtualServStatClientBytesOut
ltmVirtualServStatClientCurConns
ltmVirtualServStatClientTotConns

But we don't have the Client Source IP address Stats, Does anybody have some information on how to set this Up on Zabbix?
