Need help to create Regular Expression

Hello

I want to create a Regular Expression in such a way that if,

It will find the string in one line like ::
[bdhcasslkasn]

Then Regular Expression should be false . And If ,

It will find the string in Two lines like ::
[bdhcasslkasn]
[hxbhsxywooqknxks]

Then Regular Expression should be TRUE.

Please guide me in this .
