Error when monitoring Fortigate 900G

Good day!

Currently, at the infrastructure level, my company is undergoing a migration of perimeter equipment, we went from about Fotigate 600 to about 900g, even though with the migration the new equipment remained with the same parameters (IP address and same settings). Zabbix lost monitoring of said equipment

this is the error that appears

No SNMP data collection

Currently the version of my zabbix server is 6.2 and it works on a Centos 9 and the forti monitoring is being done through SNMPv2 under the Template Net Fortinet FortiGate SNMP template

I'd appreciate your help.

If you have installed Zabbix Agent then you can use Windows by Zabbix agent template.

Thank you for your response .But it not showing all the info like this . it showing some graphs of (c) drive etc . i want to extract all info from pc like system info

You can create custom script in windows with the help of cmd or powershell and use UserParameter to retrieve it in zabbix.

Windows Zabbix agent also have some keys which you can find during the create an item.

I am facing another issue while installing zabbix agent they saying you already installed the pervious version . i uninstall it and deleted all file still facing a error . i try the method to uninstall by using the cli but it not found in program history

You can run the command zabbix_agent.exe -uninstall in cmd to clean uninstall.

I tried many methods of uninstalling but no one works. i also tried the above method of "command zabbix_agent.exe -uninstall " but it give error zabbix_agent.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,. can you tell me any other method

Is folder exist in Program File?

Try to install the same version as before and then uninstall it with command.
