set up alert

Hello i'm new on zabbix i was set up alert for cases as follows:
i want to set up alert with condition if bandwith => 50Mbps during 3 hours alerts will activated and send report on email,
i had do use all function on zabbix trigger condition but still not succcesfully
could you help me what's formula i can use to created this alert.
