Noticing that Actions are sometime triggered, sometimes not. I believe they were working fine for some time when I first installed Zabbix 5.0LTS. Then I noticed this issue eventually and even migrated to 6.0 where the issue persists
Actions configuration:
Yet we can see that many "Average" severity alerts did not trigger the action. And I can confirm that I have validated that some were triggered during the correct period (6:00 - 23:00)
Tried to look in the server logs for errors but didn't find anything. As I sait actions will sometimes gets triggered correctly.
