SNMP traps not producing Problem event or sending notification

Started running Zabbix 6.4.10 as a proof-of-concept to replace Spectrum NMS. In testing this I can see the SNMP logs on the server are collecting test traps from various hosts and can see them in Data Collection, however, no events are being translated into a problem severity or sending an email notification. Verified all config files best we could and scrubbed this forum for information but not seeing anything specific I can look at to confirm any other front-end configurations that need to be looked at. Another thing that is unusual is that the Problem dashboard is only showing one host group for issues and no others.

ANY help and direction is appreciated.
