Zabbix template for cisco switch SG300

I am are trying to monitor a cisco switch SG300 for network traffic but it seems like there is no zabbix templates available for this switch.I looked everywhere on the net including Cisco templates on Zabbix share: https://share.zabbix.com/search?sear...o&search_cat=1
Can anyone help me find a template for SG300 switches or at least a one that compatible with this product that I can modify?
