Draytek 2910 Upload/Download monitoring

I use Zabbix 3

I have Draytek 2910 and i monitoring him using "Template SNMP Device"
How i can create trigger to monitoring upload and download on WAN1 ?
I need receive notification when upload excedd 900 Kbits and upload exceed 9000 Kbits.

It is possible on Template SNMP Device ?
