Error 104 in zabbix server

Hello, I am trying to configure the zabbix monitoring server, however it has been presenting some errors that I have seen, however now I am stuck in
an error that I do not know how to solve, it is showing error (Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer.)

I don’t know exactly where to go from here.

I’m using a linux Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS through VMBox and I’m trying to monitor a windows 2019 standart server, for test base.
Also need understand how a can change de port 10050 for 13060 and still monitoring.




Can anyone help me make this monitoring work? Please…

I'm really sorry that I don't understand much about the subject and end up asking such trivial questions, but I beg you for a little patience, as this is my first time using zabbix and I'm still learning, I appreciate your willingness to send me the link to the documentation, but could you answer me if I should apply all the modifications that the documentation presents or one in specific? And if it is a specific one, what would it be?

For the connection reset error, I would check to see if there is a firewall blocking access to ports 10050 for 13060 between the Zabbix server and the Windows server. For the the port you can do this on the zabbix_agent.conf and would have to do the same in the zabbix server config to match. I hope this helps.
