some template in zabbix and commercial?

I found some template about mail such as :

It needed to login and I don't have account, are they commercial?
How can I access them?

This happens when the URL does not exist.

Click on the zabbix logo at the top left of the page and select Zabbix\Zabbix and in Source select the version and search for files/template.
Note: Master = Zabbix 7
