Disable items with random part in name

    Hi,

    We're using Zabbix 6.4.10.

We have several Windows RDP servers so multiple users are logged in on a server.
For several Windows services, a dedicated service with a random name is created per user.

For example the Clipboard User Service:

    Clipboard User Service_15e07f85
    Clipboard User Service_1617b374
    Clipboard User Service_163c88ff
    Clipboard User Service_16927b06

In Zabbix I see a lot of problems that such a service is down (startup type = automatic).
However, when I look on the server I don't see that specific services there (anymore).
See attached pdf file. The first problem shown is about a service that is not on the actual server (anymore).

Is there a way to have these items disabled somehow because I don't care about the state of these services.
But these services and therefor the items have a random name each time a new user logs in so how can I have them disabled?

    Regards,
    Richard

Question, that is answered already countless times here... Modify service discovery macros, add those services, you want to exclude there, as REGEX (like "(service1_.*|service2_.*|service3_.*)". Delete already discovered but unwanted items, discovery will not find them again.

Sorry, my apologies if it has been asked before several times.
But thanks anyway for your answer, will look into that.
