    Problem with discovery Rules

    Hello,
I have some problem using the zabbix module discovery rules.
I am doing discovery rules by snmpv3.
When my machines show up i have a bug, they all have a similar name and a host is created with multiple interfaces.
Do anyone have any idea how to fix this issue ?
    My version is 6.0.22

Here is all the different thing i tried to fix this bug (and who didn't worked) :

    - I added multiple checks on the discovery rules
    - I splitted my discovery from /21 to /23 (to divide the number of machines found)

Here is some screen to explain a bit my situations :

By the way i also have another incident with the discovery rule.
For some machine with no reason (in the same DR) they do not have a name on the monitored host column

I wonder if you actually checked what is the value of oid 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 returned by all those machines? Is it indeed same, or are they actually different?

But based on screenshot alone, I think you should be able to fix it by switching "Device uniqueness criteria" to IP address + "Hostname" and "Visible name" to "DNS name". Tho I must note that i've not touched network discovery in a few years..

        Hello ISiroshtan
The OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 should return the name of the machine. So they are mandatory different.
I am monitoring DELL IDRAC serveur ( version are the same ).
I can't use the IP adress name because i have a script behind who is doing the link between my zabbix database and my CMDB to add somme hostgroup on the machine concerned.
I tried to switch the device uniqueness criteria as you said, i'm waiting the refresh.

To add some more information, if i go on the machine and i delete every interfaces the good name of the machine is coming back :

But, when the discovery will turn back again i will return to my main situation :/
