Zabbix 7. Have applications been removed from hosts and templates?

Is this something that is permanently removed? Or will it be added in towards the end of the testing? We're on Zabbix 5, so I don't know what's changed in the interim. We're also feeding a ton of data into a Grafana server using the Zabbix API and every graph relies on filters for an application. What is the solution to this? If applications have been removed does a newer version of Grafana Zabbix API take this into account? I noticed when I was trying to export/import Templates from the old server to the new. Pretty much all my graphs in Grafana will be broken.

    Thanks.

Applications were replaced with tags already in v6. You probably need to rework your graphs based on tags.. But that plugin knows how to use tags...

Applications were removed completely in 5.4.0 and replaced with "tags": https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...d-applications

Okay, thanks guys. What I will do is build a brand new grafana server in conjunction with the new zabbix server since we're migrating off Centos 7 to Rocky Linux 9. That way I can work out all the kinks before moving both into production and retiring the old servers. Our Grafana is quite out of date as well.

          I appreciate the feedback.
