The login page is not loaded

I'm new to Zabbix which I installed on my small server.
Upon installation I received an error.
Zabbix_server.log reported that MySQL version 80300 is not supported, but this was already present because it was installed with a previous application.
I therefore reported AllowUnsupportedDBVersions=1 in the Zabbix server configuration file.
Now with http://IP-Server/zabbix nothing appears.

Is there anything I can still do?
When will a version of Zabbix be available that will support this version of MySQL?

What version did you install?
Zabbix Server 6.4 already supports it.

But with http://ip-server/zabbix I always have ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

If MySQL is supported, why are there these errors?

zabbix-server, zabbix-agent and apache 2 are running.
How can I check what went wrong with the installation?

I put a comment in front of AllowUnsupportedDBVersions=1 and restarted zabbix_server, but the page is still unreachable

Update to zabbix 6.4.12 because they added the support

Updated max supported MySQL version to 8.3

6.4.11... this explains the Mysql Version warning

Do what TcoUpLoad said:
apt upgrade or yum/dnf upgrade

to install

dnf install zabbix-web-mysql zabbix-apache-conf
systemctl restart httpd
or
apt install zabbix-frontend-php zabbix-apache-conf
systemctl restart apache2


If you have an active firewall, open port 80
