Change Language (Italian)

The server is Ubuntu 22.04.
In etc/locale.gen I uncommented it_IT@euro ISO-8859-15 and then typed sudo locale-gen.

I got

Generating locales (this might take a while)...
en_US.UTF-8... done
it_IT.ISO-8859-15@euro... done
Generation complete.

Nonetheless, in User profile the only language available is always English only.
Where am I wrong?

Zabbix uses UTF-8

install to:
it_IT.UTF-8

restart apache/ngix/php-fpm
