How to mass update the zabbix agent

Hi all,
we have about 100 vms and use zabbix to monitor this windows vms. How you handle the updates of the agent? I don't want to update on a regular base all agents :-(

Hi, you could use some PowerShell script to do that or use some software of management(Ex: ansible, puppet, salt) and use installation of the agent by command-line based installation 4 Windows agent installation from MSI (zabbix.com)

Another thing if you have VM's hardware cluster why you don't user VM discover to do that... We also have a VM hardware cluster with almost as the same VM's has you have and that is monitorized my VMware template! I have one problem with that because the 10% disk available trigger only return me on the alert the percentage available nothing else even the data i need is in that discovery rule as item's prototype.

you create the a host of your Vcenter and add the VMWare template (i assume that you use vcenter) and with an user to access it as macros and zabbix do the rest.
