The monitoring with this template is working perfectly fine, except for one thing: when problems are resolved, they still remain in the problem queue, even when they have been resolved. Checking the graph and looking at the latest data shows that everything is okay. However, the problem stays in the queue, and I can't even close it manually.
The most I can do is mark it as "Acknowledge," but it still remains in the queue. The only way to make it disappear is by deleting the item and rediscovering it with the discovery, but then I lose the history.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I'm a beginner with Zabbix, so I apologize if I'm asking something trivial. I searched the forum and didn't find anything about it.
