Good morning everyone, I have a question. I integrated my Zabbix with Service Now, and it's generating incidents perfectly. However, when the trigger is resolved on the Zabbix side, it only updates the Short Description to "Resolved" on the Service Now side. I need it to change the state of the "State" field from "New" to "Closed" or "Resolved" when this happens.
