Agent communicating to Zabbix server via HTTPs on port 443 only

Hello,
I need to monitor a remote endpoint on which I have installed a Zabbix agent, but due to the existing firewall policies, the only allowed communication method is from the agent of the remote endpoint to port 443/TCP of my Zabbix server using the HTTPS protocol (I need to be able to specify the ServerName of the HTTPS connection). Is it possible? If yes, how should the agent and server be configured?

No... your server does not listen for agents on 443, but 10051.... 443 is for webserver and it will provide user interface on that port...
