How to make Zabbix 6.0 proxy highly available

Hello everyone
I have 2 active proxy ，same hostname
server>>>vpn1>>>proxyA hostname：proxy
server>>>vpn2>>>proxyB hostname：proxy
proxy in the same place
when proxy A server down ，start proxy B server，it work looks well
There is a situation
vpn1 and vpn2 down，proxy A continue collect data，when proxy A down ，proxy B started，but，B has not lastest configuration data
Which tables should be synchronized between the MySQL backend of two proxy servers？
When the proxy and server are disconnected for a few days, and the main proxy service happens to be error, B proxy cannot obtain the latest configuration from the server

or any other better HA solutions ？

When the VPN is disconnected, for the server，proxy A and B not available。
proxyA is working normally, proxyB is standby,
and proxyA service is abnormal. ProxyB will automatically start the service (determined by script)
How can proxyB obtain monitoring host information?the VPN is disconnected

Too bad, but if both of your vpn-s are dead, it is not really possible to update config...
