Zabbix notifications setup

Dear Zabbix user,

Is there any possibility to get notified on trigger only on specific days of the year?
I am sending notification on critical triggers during week-end and night. In addition, I want to send notification on on specific days of the year (1st of January, 1st of May, ...) even during week days.
Unfortunately, trigger action does not allow to specify the day of the year.
Do you know how I could achieve this in another way?

In summary, I want:

1. ok to warning threshold: 1 warning notification
2. warning to critical: 1 critical notification
3. critical to warning: 1 warning notification
4. warning to ok: 1 ok notification (closure)

I want to avoid the "duplicate" notification step 3 (critical closure + warning notif).
Did anyone already achieved that?
