Hello, I'm running 6.4.11 on Ubuntu 22.04.
I am finding discovering network devices to be extremely slow, by hours.
I've currently configured a discovery rule to find devices on subnet 192.168.250.0/24
I'm looking for cisco devices so my checks are:
SNMPv2 agent "1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0"
SNMPv2 agent "1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0"
If I set it up in the morning, I'll find that nothing will get discovered by the end of my workday and so I won't see anything until the next morning when I come in. This slowness occurs even if I only specify one IP address. I've tested 192.168.250.35 with snmpwalk and adding it manually as a host. Both 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 and 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 return values and when added as a host with the Cisco iOS by SNMP template, the SNMP agent indicator turns green inside of 30 seconds. I'll have to wait until the next morning to see it in the discovery list. further, I've also tested 192.168.250.1 with snmpwalk and manually adding as a host, with the same results of 192.168.250.35, however discovery never seems to find that device at all.
Anyone have any idea what could be going on, or what and where I should look to figure out what's going on?

Just my opinion...
