how to monitor ZTE OLT-s in zabbix through snmp

Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out for some assistance from the community.
I am new in zabbix and my purpose is using zabbix to monitor ZTE OLT-s c300 and c320.
I am using zabbix version 6.4
Let's say the IP for the OLT is 10.10.10.10 and I will monitor it through snmp (v2).
Can you please help how should I configure the host and how can I get the each onu rx power for this OLT?
