What OS is best?

I am new to the Zabbix world. I am looking for an OS to install Zabbix. Initially, the setup will be for monitoring servers/vm's in our environment. I am looking for something that is scalable but yet not too complicated. I was told Debian is a good OS to use. Your thoughts.

Looks like your environment does not use linux usually? Otherwise you would go with the one you are already using..
Personally.. I would go with Ubuntu ... But there will be many, who will say otherwise (Rocky, Alma etc...) and in the end you just need to choose..
