Agent going in an out of proxy

I have a Zabbix setup with proxy and some agents (notebook) sometimes are on the proxy network and sometimes are at home (direct public internet).

How to manage this device? If I configure on agent for the server to be the proxy, it will not connect outside the proxy zone. If I configure the server to be the Main Server, it will not work (becuase of passive checks) inside the Proxy zone.

Any ideas?
