Get OS info without agent

Hello,

I installed Zabbix 6. Autodiscovery works, set inventory on automatic.

but how can I fill the inventory from all the devices with and without agent automatically ? I can’t find the right solution, detect operating system works fine when I do that by hand, but it will not fill the inventory.

can someone help me?

To fill inventory, you still need an item, which polls that information and then in item config you can set "populate host inventory field X". If that host has no agent (like network devices etc), you may need to obtain that info over SNMP or some API endpoint...
