Docker Swarm Template?

Hi, we are using Zabbix for standalone Docker hosts with satisfactory results. The existing Docker template does not work well with Docker Swarm. Shut down containers in updated stacks are identified as problematic.

There are a few discussions on this topic. Does anyone have any substantiated information? How could the missing link between Docker Template and Docker Swarm be established?
