    repeating error in log file

    can anyone help me is stoppiong this line getting writen over and over to the log file :-

    1557:20161101:112952.846 cannot send list of active checks to "127.0.0.1": host [Zabbix server] not found

    Hi Roy,

    I assume this is in the zabbix agent's log file, in which case you're going to need to edit the agent's config file so that the ServerActive value is your Zabbix server's IP or DNS, the same as the Server value. e.g.:

    ### Option: ServerActive
    # List of comma delimited IPort (or hostnameort) pairs of Zabbix servers for active checks.
    # If port is not specified, default port is used.
    # IPv6 addresses must be enclosed in square brackets if port for that host is specified.
    # If port is not specified, square brackets for IPv6 addresses are optional.
    # If this parameter is not specified, active checks are disabled.
    # Example: ServerActive=127.0.0.1:20051,zabbix.domain,[::1]:30051,::1,[12fc::1]
    #
    # Mandatory: no
    # Default:
    # ServerActive=

    ServerActive=zabbix.server.com

      Please make sure the values are the same that host name in Web frontend and Hostname in zabbix_agentd.conf

      Do you have registered a host named "Zabbix server"?
