How monitoring log in passive mode

Hi, people!

How can i monitor this log in passive mode ?

C:\Sky\Script_Python_Sky\COPY\script_log.txt

Agent has to be in active mode for these...
ServerActive
The Zabbix server/proxy address or cluster configuration to get active checks from.....
.... If this parameter is not specified, active checks are disabled.

But having agent in active mode does not mean you cannot use other passive items...

With Zabbix log items need to be "active". Its because agent keeps track locally, where it has reached in reading the log and has the log changed etc. This is not possible to do with passive item.

And i can put this server in passive and active mode and create item zabbix server (active) in the same server?
