Hi,
We have a zabbix 3.0 server with over 1500 hosts on remote locations.
When locations become unavailable, a mail is send to us and to clients.
Last weekend we had an outage on our internet connection, or rather it was flapping. Resulting in over 3000 emails
before i was able to turn off alert notification. And then still 5 hours later we were receiving emails.
I started looking for ways to prevent this, but unfortunately, zabbix hasn't implemented an easy solution.
Now i read that zabbix 3.2 is using event tags that could be used to prevent notification storms.
Has anybody found a way to do this with event tags?
