Monitoring Proxy

I have been trying to get my proxy servers to be shown in monitoring as well as hosts. However only thing I have been able to get working is Proxy Template, everything else is not working at all.

I am getting error from agent "'Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at [proxy]. Assuming that agent dropped connection because of access permissio" I have tried monitoring proxy directly from zabbix server as well as tried to get monitoring to be done via proxy server that would then give that information to server when server retrieves that information. I have been struggling with this issue on Active and Passive proxy.

Logs don't really reveal anything, as far as they are concerned everything seems to be ok. No errors or anything. Any pointers would be appreciated.

EDIT: Forgot to add, I am running Zabbix 3.0.3 and Centos 7 :S

As it turns out, I was thinking this way too difficult. Just changed the port so it's not same that proxy is using, it works. However, I am wondering why I could still monitor sqlite3 while everything else didn't work?
