Update 3.0 to 3.2 on appliance

Hello,

We are using Zabbix 3.0.4 (Appliance, Ubuntu) and we would like to update it to 3.2.

Unfortunately we do not understand how to do that.

When we read the documentation, nothing match.
It talks about installing new version but now upgrading from exisisting.
We are using the appliance, we do not know the root password ?!

Is there a complete guide of how to update zabbix?

Sorry but we are not specialized in Linux.

If not, maybe it's time to do an explicite guide with every commands and with some screenshots.

Standard the login is : appliance with password zabbix, to get root acces you type sudo su and the password should be : zabbix.

I'm also looking forward on how the procedure is to upgrade the appliance from 3.04 towards 3.4
