Zabbix 6 : Print Dashboard to PDF or Media Type Scheduled Report for file/ftp store
Hi.
I'm in need of enabling a user to print a a single, vertically long, dashboard, very occasionally, when the system we're monitoring has a "hiccup"
Using Edge, Chrome and Firefox from the Zabbix Front end, the printed report only includes the first few items on the dashboard and the rest is hidden under the other div's around the page, and we end up with a single page. rather than the 13 or so pages that it "should" be. Selecting the text around the graphs and trying a printing selection sets all the graphs to black, so that's not working either. I've tried setting pages size and scale it to get it into an A2 page, but that's not "pretty". Has anyone got this working "natively" without plugins etc? I see talk of grafana tuning and possible CSS tuning, but that also seems overkill....
I've therefore tried to find alternative ways around this, but not having much luck,so thought i'd set up a scheduled report to generate the output file and allow me to discard the unneeded reports; which i've spent this morning working through the process to enable, only to hit upon being unable to use one of the existing media types because i don't have any of those available on our system (yep, not even email!) ; but i do have an FTP server I can write too, but i can't find a way to get the generated report recognised in a media type script.
So: has anyone got an FTP Media Type script that works for Scheduled Reports that they'd be willing to share?
