Item Update Intervall changed to 6h not able to set it back to 1m

Hi there.

I'm new to Zabbix and set up a test system to monitor two groups of hosts. All of a sudden some items from one of the hostgroup have changed their update intervall from before 1m to now 6h.
I am not able to set that back to 1m, the template I use states 1m and not all items have changed to 6h. I changed the update intervall to a different number, but that did not help.
I also compared the template with a fresh one, no differences. I also restartet the server.

What else may I check to set the update intervall back to it's 1m and how did this happen?

Looking into the latest data withhin a longer rage, I found out that the update intervall change was not all of a sudden, but always like that.
