Zabbix Trapper/sender for monitoring the log file and raising trigger/Alarm

Hi Team,

is there a an article or post I can refer to for monitoring the log file and raising the trigger for Diffrent customer IDs present in the logline with Alarm as keyword present.
I know I can use Zabbix Trapper/zabbix sender but i am unable to find the right format to discover and raise the Alarm for customer ID's. any step by step guide or post can help me
