4 SNMP device under one host. How to differentiate items by SNMP Device

Hi,I hope that everyone is doing good. I'm currently in a dilemma and with my lack of experience with Zabbix I have no idea how to do what I want to do right now.

I currently have a host that has 4 SNMP device under it and I'm utilizing a template that uses a discovery rule (SNMP discovery: Network Interface) to create items and trigger. Sadly, when I switch what SNMP device to create new rules and trigger, it won't specify which is which. So I have items that doesn't say in the title from what SNMP device it is.

I wonder if it is possible to get the SNMP device name using a OID number then utilizing a MACRO to assign the SNMP name in the tittle for the item prototype.

If anybody could point me in a direction on how to do it, that would be wonderful.

    Thanks,
    Julien
