Exclude root dir from auto discorvery

I am searching for a way to exclude my root (/) floder from de autodicovery rule for Linux.

Is my assumption wrong that this regular expression should eleminate root?

    1 » ^/(opt.*|linux-media.*|boot.*|u01.*|var/log/dstat.*|/)$ [Result is FALSE]

    Code:
    ^/(opt.*|linux-media.*|boot.*|u01.*|var/log/dstat.*|)$
How about that. I deleted the last slash.
