How to monitor Windows services set to manual startup?

Hello, currently in my company, we have a SQL server which has several services set to manual startup, but they are not being monitored by Zabbix. I'm currently using Zabbix version 6.4.11.

    Specifically for startup:
    0 - automatic,
    1 - automatic delayed,
    2 - manual,
