I wanted to ask if is there a way to hide/display IT Service and its children on selected user basis.
Does user's group permissions affect IT Services view? I have seen that Denying user's group a certain Host group does hide its children IT services, but it still can see "IT services availability report" when I click on it (parent name), could I hide parent as well, so it doesn't show anything about it (in column Problem time)?
