transfer from one zabbix server to another

hello
i need to transfer a zabbix server hosted on hertzner cloud to a VM on an ovh server.
i've read a lot of posts about this but i'm not sure what the best practice is.
if you have an opinion, i'd love to hear it

steps to follow :

dump the database
recover zabbix configuration files
install a new zabbix server
import the database connect it to the zabbix server
import configuration files
check network and DNS configuration
