Run remote command once only?

Hi, I'd like the remote command to run only once and wait for 5 minutes before executing again upon a valid trigger.

My item is run every 15 seconds but I want my command to run one time only In other word if a second trigger condition arrive, after the first one, the remote command set in the action panel will not be executed.
It should only be executed 5 minutes after it was first executed.

Can this be done?

Maybe something like this:

Have the remote command's first step send zabbix_sender item "i-ran".

Add i-ran.nodata(300) to the trigger
