    installing zabbix on gentoo

    Hello,
    I'm installing the last version of zabbix on a linux gentoo. As there's no RPM of zabbix for gentoo, I compiled the sources I downloaded. I followed the install insructions from http://www.zabbix.com/manual/v1.1/install.php
    using mysql.
    While configuring the web interface, I pointed my browser on http://www.localhost/~zabbix (my DirectoryRoot is /var/www/localhost/htdocs) and I got this message:

    Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access /~zabbix on this server.

    I tried to modify access permissions on my DirectoryRoot to 777 without success.
    Can someone help me?
    Thanks

      zabbix ebuilds

      I'm created two ebulds for zabbix (one for agent and other for server).
      You can get ebuild here http://sauron.opennet.ru/zabbix/
      But you still need configuring apache & zabbix.
