Zabbix full and partial backup

Hey all,
Can someone share some straight forward steps to do the full backup for zabbix server.
Also, is there is any to download all templates, hosts, groups etc via shell so that I can schedule them for backup.
Additionally, does downloading backup via mysqldump also downloads all the templates, hosts etc as well?

Zabbix keeps everything in DB, so with a db backup you get everything... templates, host etc...
