I'm trying to adjust the settings and script for the Zendesk Media connection in Zabbix. Currently, I receive a Zendesk request for every event in Zabbix, making it difficult to track the event history.
From what I've read, these changes need to be made on the Zabbix side because Zendesk's API only supports token-based authentication and doesn't allow for much customization.
Ideally, I want the functionality where the Zendesk request gets updated whenever there's a change in the event, instead of creating a new request each time. I've noticed that some members have successfully implemented this, but I haven't been able to find specific instructions.
Could anyone provide guidance on how to configure the settings and script to achieve this?
