    Does information severity triggers affects SLA on a service?

    Hi everyone! I have a question: Does information severity triggers affects SLA on a service? The point is i want to set the status of a service in Information/Warning if the Zabbix Agent is not recolecting data, hence, the host affecting the service is "blind", but that shouldnt affect the SLA calculation. I can have the case where the service is up and ruuning and working fine because the host is working fine, but something happend with the zabbix agent service...
