Discovery on .254 ip

Hi,

I want discover all .254 from 'about' 250 /24 network by 172.24.0.0/16 class-b network.. it is a firewall of about 250 branch office.. I have try to put in discovery 172.24.*.254 but don't work.. Have some ideas?

I think that an asterisk can not be used to specify the IP range.
It may be possible to specify the range as follows.

172.24.0-255.254
