Zabbix Bytes Usage for all old Graphs

Hi I have many cisco Net-SNMP Version 2 that apply on cisco device then autmotic discover interface by bit/per-second
Now How Can add manual bytes transfer send or recieve of each interface on zabbix ?
Please Help me ?
