How do I get notified when a file changes?

Hello everyone.
I'm new to Zabbix. I am using version 7.0.0rc1. I want to receive an e-mail when the sitemap.xml file is changed on my website. I know I need to create a trigger. Is just creating a trigger enough? Can you help me on how to create Trigger?

1st you need to either look at filesize (checksum):

or check timestamp when it was edited (set Unixtimestamp as a unit to store time properly):

then based on either of above (or both) setup trigger when data is changing
